My first run after a long, long time in ordinary running shoes. And I must admit I am not very happy about it. It looks, that I am suffering the most common syndrome of barefoot running beginners. TMTS - Too Much, Too Soon.
Right now I am fighting with plantar fasciitis and it’s pretty painful. Therefore I have bought sport tape for some cool taping and my new Inov-8 shoes are on its way (third running shoes this year, fck!) and I am stretching like possessed! I hope it’s gonna work, because in a month I am supposed to attend one hardcore race (more on that later). Wish me good luck! :-)
